Tombstone
A public notice, normally in the form of a newspaper advertisement announcing the details of a new issue including the names of investment and finance houses who have organized and provided the funds. Tombstones appear as a matter of record and are not an invitation to subscribe. The layout and list of names resembles the inscription on a tombstone.
